Talent Capture gets together with employers to discuss open job positions.

Employers and recruiters either post open positions on our job board, or contact a talent scout directly. Our talent scouts will ask questions to determine exactly the type of candidate needed for the job. We’ll discuss things like skill requirements and experience level. We’ll also ask questions about the company’s culture and priorities. It’s free to post on our job board, and it’s always free for a candidate to apply. When an interested candidate replies to a posting, their resume goes straight to our talent scouts.

It takes some time, but we read every resume that comes into our job board. Then, we pick the top candidates with the skills that match the job requirements.

Talent scouts interview the top IT talent

We personally speak with the best-fit candidates. We get to know exactly what they’re looking for in their career, as well as their work style and company culture preferences. We also evaluate their IT skill set and experience. Some candidates might not be right for every job or every company, but we have a plan for that: Our talent scouts keep all job-seeker records on file. This way, we can notify candidates when the right job becomes available.

Talent Capture recommends only the highest-qualified candidates to employers

We make recommendations based on our conversations with both job seekers and employers. Employers receive a Scouting Report, a one-page description summarizing why we think each candidate would excel in the position.
